Worse service experience ever

Liberty mall cellc are misleading clients to take contracts with them I took a Huawei P40 on contract was supposed to receive the free 20g gone 4 months on my contract still have not received it call the customer care they say they can't help me coz I took the contract at the store and not with them what bull **** its a cellc contract
