Worse service ever / Non Existent service

I have been emailing CELL C FIBRE Dept non stop. They handed me over to MBD. I am asking for a statement as CELL C amounts and what I have paid is not matching up. I have sent them proof of bank statements for the last 6 months and They dont get back to me. Just say contact MBD who is just as Useless. I have tried everything from My side but I am getting no Joy out of Cell C. There customer Service does not exist at all and I have asked several times for a manager to phone me but NO One gets back to me. I want to pay up this account but I will not do so unless I get a statement from them showing my payments for the last 2 year so I can check it against my bank statements that I have emailed them.
