Worse service ever

Last year Cell C deducted my account I went to inquire at Cell C Clearwater mall was told a phone was taken in my name, which was *****ulent transaction. I was advice to go get an affidavit at the police station which I did and went to submit it at Clearwater mall Cell C. The consultant advise me to block Cell C from deducting my account while they investigate.

Now I’m trying to buy a car and I’m told Cell C blacklisted me, went to Cell C Clearwater mall to inquire and the consultant told me the case was closed and investigation proved it was *****ulent. I was not informed, no letter was issued stating it’s *****ulent infact they blacklisted me for something I know nothing off. The consultant who assisted me at Clearwater mall assured me someone will call me and issue me a letter stating it was a *****ulent transaction and clear my name but up to date I have not heard anything from Cell C. Why I’m I being punished for something I know nothing off?
