Worse service ever

<p>I check my statement during december 2016 and was charged for content services of R57. I called cell c and was told to use a ussd code and block all content. Now in dec i get charged 282 and call centre njabulo cannot fathom what is going on. I asked for team leader he cuts the call. I am done with this useless network and will cancel contract. They say i never blocked number but ussd says it is blocked</p>
