Worse service ever
Worse service ever! They make a mistake and send the wrong phone on the wrong package and then the customer gets treated like the idiot and has to wait 7 days for them to come pick up their mistake and then you have to apply again!!!!!!! Wont recommend anybody to go to Cell C

14 Feb 2023, 16:21Hello, no they have not, I have to wait another seven days now, that is my problem, the phone is for a lady who stays alone in a house with no phone at the moment. She needs this urgently and ?Cell C cant be bothered to fix their own mistake a bit quicker
