Worse service

I'm not so happy with your service now. Not so long ago I had an issue where cell c didn't debit their monthly debit order of R1700 and decided to debit R85 the following month they decided to debit R3215 wich I was not happy I made communications and I was advised to reverse it wich I did and paid it last month. Everything was sorted until now when I checked my app and it say I need to pay over R4000 by 27 August but the statement sent to me by the 4th of August said that I must pay R1700. Am I going to have problems like this with cell c until when.. This is not right, worse you guys have bad communication and your call center they always don't know anything. I even regret upgrading my contract with you
