Worse service

I phone broke in February 2022 and was sent to cell c Cresta which sent it to SSS repair in boksburg. Took them a month to fix it and they didn't send it back to the shop but only when I phone looking for my phone then they decide to sms me the phone left they department. After receiving my phone I was told they fix my charger point and put a new screen. The only thing was broke was the charger point not the screen. In the same week my phone screen froze and stop charging then I took it back to cell c to fix it again. It's been almost 3 weeks and no one phone me saying the progress of my phone and who's got it. Cell c Cresta sent it for repair and SSS repair can't find my phone. I don't know who to phone for my phone but all I can say that don't take a cell c contract or Samsung phone. The service and lies from the agent is terrible. Once I get my phone back am returning both phones and canceling my contract and rather take it with people that will take care of there clients. By the way when I ask for management they always busy then what's the use having a manager if they can't assist.
