worse poor service!

<p>I had been trying to call the cell c legal department which ONLY rings and never answers!then I try and contact the contracts department and the contracts cancellation department all I have to say is why do you hire people that will treat customers pathetic!whoever I spoke to was rude and pathetic!I have settled my account for my contract, the day I canceled my contract I was put through to the accounts department to find out if they received proof of payment and was updated on the system which they lady told me everything is updated...now after 3 months I'm getting calls from cell c telling me I have an outstanding amount which I need to pay..The lady I spoke to was very very RUDE she did not want to give me her name and surname and she decides to cut the call, and NOW IM TRYING TO CALL LEGAL DEPARTMET TO SORT THINGS OUT THE PHONE JUST RING'S AND RINGS . I have been with cell c for quiet a while and really the service we get here are disgusting!</p>
