worse nightmare ever...

<p>My cellphone is insured by C-surance for years, I have contract with cell c whom work with c-surance when it comes to mobile insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I logged claim on the 30 May 2017 at Cell C Grand Parade Shop G14 Grand Parade Center, Adderley Street Cape Town CBD, I was help by Ashma Naidoo.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been following by email up by and calling c-surance call centre and I have no luck till to date.</p> <p>The worse part on their auto response email the stipulate that they will call back within turnaround time of 24 hour. today is the 14 June and still have not receive anythig positive for the insurer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist.</p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Mphumzi</p>
