Worse ISP ever !!!!

One star is not accurate ,after cell c double debited my account ,sending bank statements and all supporting documents ,the issue is still not sorted . However they closed the ticket conveniently on their side with no resolution. Then I cancel my subscription, and they confirm the cancelation ,they still debit my account . So now they owe me however no kne at Cell C can answer my questions as to why it was debited twice and why after canceling they ran another debit order and won't release my line to my new ISP. I want my money back ASAP !!!! and maybe if you employ people that can speak and understand English your customer service wont have such bad reviews!! My next step is the ombudsman as Cell C is no use...
