Worse customer service ever recieved

I joined cell c stay home connect which worked fine almost 9 months next thing no network connection from my router when I raised a complaint fist I was told to move from where I'm staying coz the signal is on the other street like really does it make sense and then I was told they have escalated to the technicians 3 weeks down the line with no connection the came back to tell me the tower is congested and they are not planning to sort it out I must go and buy external antenna to get better connection what kind of customer service is that I'm so disappointed as a loyal customer alon a solution given to me
