worse customer service ever..

Worse customer service i have received , i called 3 times to do sim swap on my contract number ,the 1st consultant could not help me saying my number is prepaid i should go to the store level ,while i have been paying for this number for the past 3yrs, then he hangup on me,i called again same thing happened again. the 3rd time lady by the name Goitsemang also told me she cannot help because my number is prepaid when i asked her how come because im still paying for that number she could not answer me, i asked for her full name she refused to give her full names saying i have no right to know her full name as im the one seeking help not the other way around, i have never felt to insulted by cell c customer agent while cell c is having my details including my banking details and they me i have no right to know who they are, they she also decided to drop the call on me again.. all these years i have given cell my loyalty never thought i would be treated as such, I would never i mean never ever refer any1 to be a cell customer... customer care agents non sense while u paying them
