WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have had the worse experience with Cell C. My phone was ****** last week and I need an ITC number to claim from my insurance.
I logged a case with Cell C last week Thursday, I have not received any help or any ITC number.They did ask me to go to the store and I will get the number, which I did, but unfortunately, no number could be given. I have got an affidavid from the police station , but nothing from CELL C!

05 May 2021, 15:11I have received a call this morning from a lady named Danielle who gave me a so-called "ITC NUMBER" , I had logged a claim with my insurance, however, they stated I need a case opened from the police station, I took a cab to the police station which cost me R50.00, I was then told by the officer that I need a print out from Cell C as proof that the phone is blacklisted, I called Cell C immediately, the agent stated that I need to go to the store as she stated on the system it is still ongoing and she cannot see any ITC number, and cannot give me a printout.I then used another R50.00 to go to the Cell C store, I was then told there is nothing on the system (Highly Frustrated). Danielle gave me this number and there is nothing on their system, she prompted me to go and give a good review on Hello peter, this probably was a **** number!!!!!!!!!!!!!
