Worse customer service

Worse customer service..I logged a call on the 23 November 2020 for my paid up letter up to this day no one called me as they said they will. Today 4 Dec 2020 when I call am told my case was never attended to. Seriously what brothers me is that I should be the one calling their call center every now and then to follow up. This sucks as it ruining my credit profile
