Worse customer care of my whole life

If I could I would put -stars. Cell c is not great connection wise. But I had the worse constumer service experience of my life

I have called 8 times the customer care tonight. They made fun of us. **** to us, told us we will have our internet back which never happened.

They multiple times put us on hold and took back the phone without speaking and laughed on the back. I am terribly disappointed. I feel so insulted. And I regret to have choosen cell c I wish someone care but all were all sticking together. Also They did not hang up so I would not rate the call, how terrible is that? I cannot wait the day I will quit cell c this is the most humiliate that I have felt in my life. I can say I hate cellc and will ever ever recommend it to someone
