WORNING ********* COMPANY BE EXTRA CAREFULL!!!!!!!!

Now I am done with this hopeless company. You are by far the worst.

1. Charging me for a Data bundles that was cancelled 7 months ago and then don't want to reimburse me. Still waiting on the phone call recording.

2. Declining my upgrade because I owe them money witch I am not aware of for a account that was cancelled in April 2021. No Phone call no bill nothing. They send me the account but the bank details is scratched out and a new one is written in by hand. So I phoned them and they told me they are unaware of what is going on but I owe them nothing. Now I get debt collectors phoning me and they phone you every day for the money and my account have jumped from R232 to R359 in two days.

3. Now I want to cancelled my contracts and the data contract that was a month to month contract, they changed to a two year contract without my consent.
