World's most USELESS service provider!!

Ordered a new contract and iPhone via their cellc direct option. received the Sales Reference on the 13th of OCt, to date i have not received the correct phone. Today a box came from them only it was the WRONG PHONE.<br> When phoning the call cente i was on hold for 23minutes just to be cut off by some person who clearly did not seem interested in my issue. Honestly cell c's service is a disgrace.
