World class service - thank you

It was time for an upgrade and I dealt with Yusuf. Until I came to sign the contract, everything was via Whatsapp. No matter what I asked, Yusuf always ensured I had the info I needed. After a week or so, I ordered my phone.

The day I collected the phone and did the paperwork, Yusuf was off but ensured that the manager - Preshen - had everything on hand and he gave me great service. Yusuf came into the branch whilst I was busy to see that everything was ok - and this was on his day off.

A few days later, Yusuf made contact with me to ensure e erything was ok.

In this day and age - this exceptional level of customer service is very rare, but what a treat when it happens. Big shout out to Yusuf - thank you for looking after me so well and Preshen for ensuring I understood all the paperwork etc.
