I commend Cell C on their staff at V & A Waterfront store. <br> <br> I received a world-class experience from Naeem, this includes: support with upgrade choice, desired device not available but order placed, provided feedback with the status of the delivery of the desired device, contacted us to confirm delivery 2 days later, quick and easy setup. <br> <br> We found him to be very knowledgeable, inviting and customer-service-oriented. His team mates also contributed to our experience by being friendly (a smile goes a long way). <br> <br> Although we only upgrade every other year, we will definitely drop by the store just to say hi :) Well done !
