Working In Bad Faith

I am a new contract customer with cell C, i had asked that my debits should be made on my pay day which is the 25th of every month. however a few days ago i recieved a message saying i was supposed to have paid R174 on the 28th. then another asked me to make payment arrangements of which i called the 140 number and accordingly arranged for the next debit, however i was not informed that regardless i would be reported to the credit bureau as a bad payer or that my services will be disconnected. I feel like i was trapped and thrown to the wolves, I had not known about a pending debit on the 28th and when i made payment arrangements i believe it wouldv'e been in good faith to inform me of the adverse actions that would have been taken so that i could have sourced emergency funds. I am extremely dissapointed in Cell C and with hindsight i would not recommend any one to contract with them.
