Wonderful Service
I was having a problem getting my pay as you go sim card jusr Rica'd into my name and not my sisters and I dealt with a lovely, helpful young man named Unathi from the Hemingways branch in East London, Eastern Cape. It took 2 weeks but not his fault, his Head Office kept wanting more info or something changed. He kept in touch each step of the way and it was sorted out. He was really a pleasure to work with and an asset to CellC. Thank you so much Unathi from Melody Boucher.
