wonder why i'm still with cell C - Ridiculous service always

no communication from cell C i complained last week about an unauthorized debit order called twice today 1st spoke to a lady who pretended she cannot hear me then hung up called again and spoke to Princess apparently my complaint i logged on the 8th was resolved and case closed on the 11th, no one bothered to let me know of the out come, i have 3 contracts with you guys and this is how you treat your clients 1 day you'll be left with no clients.
