Won't cancel contract as promised

<p>I had a clear agreement with Cell C that I would sign a contract with them for an Lte router if I was able to view my CCTV cameras via this solution. That was April 15.</p> <p>Up until today Cell C is still unable to get this solution working.</p> <p>I have been working with Keith Joseph a Senior Manager on this problem since then and still no success. I now ask for my contract to be cancelled because of Cell C's inablility to deliver the agreed service and now they not getting on and doing that either??</p> <p>Where is the integrity Cell C. You have failed to deliver the agreed solution and now you not getting on with the job and cancelling my contract????</p>
