WITHOUT ANY WARNING, Cell C SERVICE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED AGAIN!!!

Cell C SERVICE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED.... Again!! Again, Cell C has suspended the service - they have failed to inform me that they couldnt clear the monthly fee from my account. The issue is that I actually had enough money in the account and I am not sure why they failed to get it?? Now, THE 2 BIG ISSUES with CellC are: 1. They do not communicate with us - the clients that there was an issue with collecting the money - One would think it would be an automated thing - instead, with out any warning they just choose to suspend the service. 2. The MOST IRRATIONAL thing about CellC, once your service is suspended you cannot call CellC!! not even the call centre or accounts or anyone!!

So once I heard the voice prompt that my service is suspended I went online and checked whet the issue is, paid the account and was thinking that my line will be open immidiatly .... the last time it happened - it took them 4 days to recconect me back... They are really backward company - avoid them
