Withheld truth about contract
Woman phoned me to sell me 2 contracts<br> <br> She did not tell me that for the R100 credit I get every month:<br> <br> I CANNOT PHONE LANDLINES 011 012 021 ETC<br> I CANNOT PHONE SPECIAL NUMBERS 086 087 ETC<br> I CANNOT BUY DATA BUNDLES WITH IT<br> I CANNOT BUY WHATSAPP BUNDLE WITH IT<br> <br> I CAN ONLY SEND SMS, PHONE CELLPHONES AND GO ON THE INTERNET AT OUT-OF-BUNDLE RATES. Another call centre agent informed me of this at Customer Care, after they had taken my money.<br> <br> DEBIT ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO RUN 18th<br> <br> DEBIT ORDER RAN 15th !!! WHY!!!
