Wit's end!

I've been trying to cancel my contract with cell c due to network (non)coverage since September 2013, but alas, due to the poor response time, or any response at all, I am still bound to this contract (My husband managed to get out of his by muscling his way in) Now, my contract is due to end this month, but apparently, I have to give notice of 30 days on top of that??!!! I plan to port my number over to a new provider, but now have to wait even longer! AND my phone has today been ******, so I'll have to first buy a new sim card, for limited service, and wait an EXTRA 15 days, because no one there wants to get back to me and JUST LET ME GO!!! SO unhappy right now
