WIRELESS MODEM

Good morning

During June 2017, Cell C had a promotion on where one could get a wireless modem and 20gig of data per month for R199.00. TO GOOD TO BE TRUE.....YES!!! After 3 months the data was reduced to 10gig. 5 gig daytime data and 5gig night time data. This I was not told at all. I still said to the lady at Cell C in Secunda Mall that it was a fantastic deal. First untruth!! I then got the ZTE Model MF920V as a wireless modem. After numerous complaints to Cell C, rebooting the modem, taking the sim card out....I have now had enough. There is either NO RECEPTION or very POOR reception in our area. If Cell C staff knew that there was a reception problem why did they sell me the modem? I am wasting R200.00 bucks a month that I could have spent on clothing. I want Cell C to sort out the reception problem or give me a stronger modem at the same price. This is absolutely not acceptable. I live in Ext 22, Secunda.
