Winning the award for most pathetic company ever !!

I have never seen a more pathetic company in my life. On 16 Desember 2018 we went into one of their shops to get a easy pay number as the debit orders has not been going off from our bank account. All good and well all is paid according to the amount they have provided is outstanding. Now on 7 January 2019 my fiance gets an sms he has been handed over due to not paying for Desember. I worked for attorneys and is quick on this as I know what it can do to your name , will this lady on the phone not tell me no we had to pay said amount and we did not have enough money to pay ... number 1 how does she know how much money I have and number 2 I paid as to what their documents said. Nobody in January has extra money just lying around not to mention R800.00 that is according to them not paid .. I can't wait till this contract ends as I will NOT be renewing it
