Winner of the worst service 2020 award.

Just to let you know that Cell C looks for a reason not to help you. after I have done two or three upgrades a few years back. Now suddenly I cannot upgrade because I owe them money. I was not aware of the amount. They have a new system and my previous upgrades was not supposed to take place.

I did not even want to give you a star at all because you guys do not deserve a star. Shame on you Cell C. You make empty promises and since my last review I had not made progress with my querry at all. Most dissappointing experience and a lack of knowledge. No one knows what they are doing. From the consultant behind the counter up to the Regional mngrs name who I really want to make public. But I am better than that. CELL C THANKS FOR NOTHING.

I had a simple request. And no one is able able to assist me. waiting to do an upgrade for 6 WEEKS. waiting for a bank acc nr for 6 WEEKS. waiting for a call from legal for 6 WEEKS. Waiting for the Regional mngr to call me back.
