Will they give me service or will they not give me service, that is the question?

So I wrote about a month ago how money was taken from my account without permission. I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by Cell C with an offer to help. A couple of days later I was again contacted to ask for my email address as they wished to request my bank details via email and then reimburse the money. I bet all will be shocked to hear............. ? No sorry, you got it wrong, nothing happened after that.
