CellC NOT doing anything about ***** that is being committed using a CellC number . The number is +***

I tried reporting to 084135 and *** and BOTH times they said they will not do anything about it. "Block the numbe". As a company they have the duty of care to the public to investigate all cases of reported ***** and take action to stop it from happening.
