Will not change my Debit order details

I've recently changed banks. I've successfully moved over all my debit orders except for Cell C. The women I spoke to said she couldn't change the details for some reason (Technical problem), but she will get back to me.<br> I've also left a request for the Customer care center but no-one has come back to me. Poor service from Cell C!<br> <br> My old account will be closed and Cell C's debit order will bounce. If this affects my credit rating I will take it further!<br> <br>
