I bought a giga 200 simcard at Cell C Rustenburg and took it to Lichtenburg Cell C to rica the sim. The guy who work there did a sim swap instead and because of that I lost all my data. I called the owner of the Lichtenburg store and he refused to take any responsibility for his employees mistake. When customer care tried to call him about the matter he just ignored their call. Bradley Steyn paid for the sim that cost R1000 out of his own pocket. I want to thank him for going out of his way to help me even when this wasn't his fault! The world needs more people like you.
