Will Cell C buy me out of my Cell C contract?

After the hundredth thing that has gone wrong with my Cell C accounts, I thought I was finally on a good path. But I have just found out that they did not actually fix the problem. I was promised one thing and given half of that. Cell C seem to be great at fixing problems and it's probably because they make so many of them.
