Wifi Special

Good Day,<br> I called Cell C Direct for the WIFI Special with the Router and 20 gigs for R199. I placed the order last week Monday with the consultant. On Numerous occasions I asked the router Im getting is the R199 per month and she said yes.So I get my order today and to my surprise its a ****le - If I order the Wifi Router why the hell would I WANT a ****le. The consulatnt then called me and said no I ordered the ****le with the 7g - As the 20 gig is R249 and she told me this. Why would I still order it if It was R249 and I saw the special for R199 - IT MAKES NO SENSE. I then told her well they must come fetch it and cancel - She then informs me that I must cancel the contract by calling a number and thats that. She should have tried to save the deal as that is good custimer service - Do not push the client away even more becuase I am beyond ****ed off. I ordered through them for the conveience of delivery - I find this completely unacceptable and a no care from them.I even told her I can email her the special I wanted and she said no that special has only come in effective from today with them - Strange as the stores have been advertising it for over a week already.
