Wifi Router ordered an not delivered in 2 months!!

Below mail sent to Cell C earlier this year , no response!!!<br> <br> Reference number *** :<br> <br> Please be aware that It has been more than 3 weeks that CELL C has not contacted me back regarding my queries . I have spent more than 45 minutes on the phone today and NO representative could assist me .<br> <br> <br> <br> I was contacted by Navoron Stoffels apparently who upgraded me to the Iphone 5 S and mentioned that she could add a wifi router for me for an additional R 99 pm . Firstly they had my address wrong and it is still wrong as 164 hendrik potgieter , it is now 16 Kirsch street , park rand Boksburg .<br> <br> My iphone 5 s was delivered but NOT MY ROUTER !!!
