Wifi Router Billing

I took three contracts with Cell C, two phones and a Wifi Router and my subsription is supposed to be R550 as I was approved for R560. We take products on contract because we can't afford to buy them in cash at once. To my surprise my first statement came back saying I needed to pay R1258, I went to the shop and they told me connection fees were charged
