WiFi router

My father opted for a contract with Cell C for Wifi router which gives us 20GB a month, 5 GB for day, and 15GB for night. Cell C has overcharged with the router and when we called on Saturday, we were told that the retentions department will open on Monday as we wanna cancel. During the sales conversation, we were never informed that if we do cancel before the contract ends then there will be a penalty fee of R800, which he was only informed of this morning. This is not the very first time that Cell C has given my father pathetic service, so much of being a good customer. He has never defaulted in his payments, WE ARE NOT GOING TO PAY AN AMOUNT THAT WE WERE NEVER INFORMED OF IN THE FIRST PLACE, IF I WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE MEDIA TO EXPRESS THE UNFAIR TREATMENT WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING, IT WONT BE NICE. THE ROUTER SOMETIMES DOES NOT EVEN WORK, IT TAKES WEEKS BEFORE THE NETWORK CAN CATCH UP, I CAN MORE OR LESS SAY THAT WE ARE PAYING FOR NOTHING, TO ADD ONTO THAT WE ARE BEING CHARGED EXTRA MONEY, FOR A ROUTER THAT DOES NOT WORK IN OUR FAVOUR. I am utterly disgutsed and disappointed that this group surely takes advantage of the elderly. It is unbearable, i urge people not to get involved in this WIFI business as it works when it best suites Cell C.
