WIFI request not actioned for 2 weeks.

I logged a request with Cell C to activate WIFI at my new place, the box and the router were already there. No one needed to come out even. Cell C sent a person from openserve to come install the box. The person from Openserve said that there was no openserve connection at the apartment. I phoned cell c and they stated that they captured the wrong details.

We then resubmitted the request. I followed up with Cell C and they said the request was with Vumatel, when I followed up with Vumatel they had the completely wrong address which was submitted by cell c. So they submitted TWO different wrong addresses TWICE!!!!!

This has resulted in a 2 week wait with Cell C and Vumatel not being able to give me an answer. I am begging them to please take my money and activate the service but they keep saying it is in progress. I dont know what to do and I am stranded now without wifi while I wait for this simple request to be actioned.
