WIFI Calling more expensive than my other calls.
Could someone at Cell C please contact me regarding the WIFI Calling. I have only noted now that my WIFI calling is more expensive than my calls to other networks. I spoke to an agent now and she said that I will have to switch of my WIFI every time I want to make a phone call.
Which I think is a complete inconvenience!!

Kindly note that Wi-Fi Calling is purely a voice and SMS service. When connected to a Wi-Fi network such as public or private hotspots, data is consumed via the hotspot and not your tariff plan. If a private or public hotspot is not available, you will be charged for data according to your tariff plan rates while in South Africa and roaming rates when abroad.
