Wi-fi Dialling and GLOCELL
<p>I was forced to be a customer with GLOCELL when Autopage closed down. How unfortunate, as the service I have receivd to date from Glocell is apalling. but, even on request with Cell C to move me from GLOCELL to another service provider, I was just ignored. My latest problem is to activate wifi calling as advertised by Cell C. This is not possible, neither from Cell C nor from Glocell - I believe it is because of incompetence by both customer care agents. I have been referred from the on to the other, and after 4 weeks, I am still unable to do wifi calling.</p> <p> </p> <p>My request is 1st to Cell C, to move me immediately from Glocell to a Cell C service provider. My 2nd request is for Cell C to activate my wi-fi calling - this may be difficult as it seems, after 4 weeks, neither Cell C nor Glocell knows what to do to activiate wifi calling on my account..</p>

Lungi could not get hold of you on your contact number as the contact number provided has 9 digits instead of 10. However she sent an email advising you of this and requested for an alternative number where she can get hold you and assist.

This is now MORE THAN 1 MONTH from when I posted my review on Hello Peter, and still can Glocell not get the wifi calling to work. Is this just becoause of incompetence - I think that. I just called the call centre, and after hodling on for 11 minutes, the agent when she did not understand my question, she just cut me off and my line went dead.
What more must I do to get my wifi calling to work, I have a brand new i-phone 6S Plus, however glocell cannot get wifi calling to work on my phone. This is really pathetic. what do I need to do to get RESOLUTION from Glocell.
I am travelling tonight again to the USA, would wifi calling be working? - I DOUBT it, not if the company to make it work is called GLOCELL
