Why waste money advertising when you can't deliver

In the first week of November I tried to order a router through Cell C and was informed that they had no stock. They blamed the supplier (Huwaei). At no point did anyone try to resolve this issue or make another plan. I noticed this week that Cell C were advertising a router again - this time with a different supplier. So I tried again to order one.Guess what? No ****** stock. Again - no attempt was made to try and call head office or give a date as to when there would be stock or anything. My name and cell, number simply got written in a book (this has happened many times in the past) which basically means we have no intention of helping you and we think that you are dumb enough to believe that you actually have any intention of calling me if (not when) the problem is resolved. Cell C waste so much money on advertising - I don't think there is another company that advertises as much as Cell C does. Why? You don't have any stock and your service is pathetic. Either stop advertising or jack your useless company up. Are you actually ever going to be able to supply a ****** router?
