Why the sms if you just took my money?????

My debit order bounced Medical Costs that I had due to incur.<br> <br> I paid in R900 and was told to pay another R70. I told the consultant that I will pay that month end.<br> Today I get an sms to say that two debit orders has gone off my acc for R71 and R170.<br> <br> I phoned in to question this as I do not have money in my account and thus will have to pay bank charges. the lady just told me its trace debit orders, I am not sure for what. That was at 10:00 this morning<br> <br> NOW I got an sms to say my account I it unacceptable, is still in arrears. <br> I find it totally unacceptable that debit orders can go off on strange dates, my husband almost passed away two weeks ago and I certainly do not have money to pay for bank charges cause they do what they want and why am I getting sms's if it was deducted.
