Why no charge whatever you want

My contract expired in June I was not aware of this I use to pay R136 per month but since the contract I had was on promotion and the do not offer it anymore the decided to charge me R278 per month I never agree to this amount so not sure how they just decided what to charge please make sure you do not use Cell C as it seems the decided what you can afford and what they can charge. shame on you Cell c
