WHY IS MY CELL C ACCOUNT BLOCKED

My cell c line has been blocked since 27 January 2023. why? I have no idea but I did receive the below message. I have no idea as to what my Data Roaming has to do with my day to day activities! I did try to call cell c now but my airtime finished. please call back on my vodacom number as cell number cannot receive or make calls. MY LINE IS LOCKED BLOCKED DEAD!!! very frustrating!
