Why is it impossible to do a sim swop

Hey there,<br> <br> I have been on the phone with Cell C for 2 hours in the morning where I have been explaining my simple story. I have been told that my prepaid sim is work in progress to be upgraded however nobody for some reason can tell me when this will happen, I was sent a new phone but cant use it. I spoke to a Team Lead there Bongekela which assured me the sim swop will come into effect within 2-4 hours, it has now been 7 hours, I cant believe you guys are messing me around like this and will probably post it on Facebook. Guys I would avoid doing business with Cell C, there processors are bad, not even the agents know what they are doing. I really hope I can get this sorted.<br> <br> Kind Regards,<br> Hilton
