Why have customers service support but they can't assist

I bought cell c 25rand and 5rand airtime and payback the airtime advance and took the another advance to buy a daily Data 1G and still now it not uploaded and its been a second time it does the same service and on the first incident when I query with the customer service they told the was transaction done but my airtime was deducted
