Why Has CELL C Subjected me to the worst Service in SA with their provider GLOCELL

<p>I am Highly annoyed. I have a cell c contract that was with Auotpage. all my contracts were sent back to their respective providers except my Cell C contract which was sent to Glocell.</p> <p> </p> <p>Glocell is absolutely useless, I can never get through to them. I have to enlist CellC on their facebook page to esculated matters on my behalf as Glocell are too useless to respond to my tickets or ever answer their phones</p> <p> </p> <p>I have requested in April 2016 already for you Glocell to remove one of my devices from insurance as I have it insured on my pvt insurance policy. It has only now been removed in July after 3months of continous pressure from me. 3 months to do something simple. . I sent tickets to them and they close it immediately without even responding.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to a glocell branch in East Rand Mall and liaised with the manager to ensure that the insurance is removed and that I am reimbursed and that i am no longer billed for the insurance of the device being removed. I was assured this was done but it was never done and i was billed again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Noe they have finally removed it from my insurance for my July invoice but have only crediting me R138.38 whereas i have been billed R195.00 incl VAT each month. If i requested it in april, it would mean May invoice and june invoice should have been credited which would mean R195 x2 = R390.00 not R138.00</p> <p> </p> <p>This is totally unacceptable and i regard it as Theft. I will be seeking legal advice. I was moved from Altech Autopage to Glocell without my permission and i have been forced and subjected to the worse service ever. </p> <p> </p> <p>How on earth can CELL C entrust such a company like Glocell to manage their client?
