Why does CellC charges me services while my line suspended?

<p>I have been having a cellphone contract with Cell C for the past 2 years. </p> <p>Problem: I stopped paying my line because they were failing to unsubscribing me from the Get More services. They managed to do that after 4 months and I have been charged for those four month, regardless of me having cancelled the services. I stopped paying my account in January and my line was suspended. Now my biggest problem is that, I was billed services for : January; March and April. even though my line was suspended.</p> <p> </p> <p>My Question: Why should I pay for services that I have naver Used?</p>
