why do you suspend my service

I was contacted by cell c just now or that is what they say, and before we could have a decent conversation this lady said she will suspend my service because I don't want to give my personal details to her.<br> <br> Now why does she have the right to do that, all I asked is what is this about because I don't want to just give my personal details to anybody as there is sooooo much ***** going on and she could have given me at least a reason why she is phoning.<br> <br> And once more because she doesn't have the skills to speak to a client she uses the only other option she has and suspend my service. How fair is this, and where does the client care come in????<br> <br> I want somebody to contact me about what ever the reason is they phoned me and speak in a decent manner to me, I am not a hooligan and will not allow to be treated like that from your offices.<br> <br> Now get someone to contact me, and explain this RECORDED call to me. I want to know who the person is that is SO RUDE to your customers and some action against her as well!!!<br> <br>
